Latium Morini Soave "Le Calle"

Veneto (NE Italy)
Varietal: 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano di Soave made from 30-year-old vines.

Latium Soave is light yellow-gold in color with a nose of apples, peaches and floral notes. It is medium-bodied with bright acidity and fresh flavors of apples, pears, citrus and almonds. It is clean and refreshing on the palate with a long, polished finish.

Latium Morini was founded in 2000 by the 7 Morini cousins whose fathers have owned the vineyards for over 40 years. Latium originates from the Latin name for their hometown, Illasi.
